Security System Phone Line Interface ![]() The C-1333 provides a telephone line interrupt, to allow security systems to seize the phone line and dial the alarm company. Unlike many competitive products that use a spring loaded connector to engage the interrupt circuit, the C-1333 utilizes a two-position switch slide switch. This ensures rugged and reliable performance.
![]() Using the C-1333
When the service jack is engaged it interrupts the phone line to allow an alarm panel to seize the telephone line allowing it to call out when there is an emergency. The security port can be engaged and disengaged by changing the position of the slide switch located to the right. When this switch is in the “NORM” position, the security system will be in the circuit. When this switch is in the “BYP” position, the security system will be bypassed. C-0439
