Costa Mesa, Calif., July 18, 2005 - Channel Vision will showcase its new, easy-to-install designer doors and extenders for structured wiring enclosures during the ISC East Expo, Aug. 24-25 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City, NY.

Channel Vision is a leading manufacturer of structured wiring enclosures, security cameras, high performance audio and video distribution and intercom systems, and RF video distribution modules, and ARIA multi-room audio products.

"Our enclosure doors give any installation a chic look, but they also have many functional advantages," said Darrel Hauk, founder and president of Channel Vision. "The new extender ring offers an additional 2" depth for easily and neatly mounting and managing the components of a structured wiring enclosure."

Each new designer door is made of painted aluminum construction and has a smoked, Plexiglas cover. The doors are available for 28", 38" and 50" structured wire enclosures. MSRP on the designer doors start as low as $174. The doors:

Provide more space in the enclosure

Enable maximum airflow via top and bottom vents

Each enclosure extender ring has the same durable steel construction found in all Channel Vision structured wiring enclosures. Extenders are currently available for 38" and 50" enclosures. Add a hinged expansion plate and double the capacity of a 50" enclosure to 100".

The P-1014 A-BUS Hub combines punchdown and RJ-45 connectivity for integrating a telephone intercom system with a multi-room audio system. A single source distribution module, the P-1014 delivers power and audio signals to four amplified keypads, and has four emitter outputs that relay IR signals. The P-1014 easily interfaces with input devices such as CD and MP3 players, AM/FM radios and satellite tuners. Adding Channel Vision’s telephone intercom system provides whole-house paging through the system’s speakers.
